A design featuring pears and blossoms that sit on a range of a bold matt background.Pendula is an orchard botanical drawn in the manner of an antique fruit plate. Green pears and a round quince hang among clusters of purple damsons, with large white double camellias opening between them and sprigs of pink-and-white apple blossom threaded through. A single purple clematis climbs across the top. The leaves are dark, glossy and serrated, painted with the stippled shading of a botanical engraving.Gilver is the metallic of the four — a soft antique gold background that shifts with the light through the day. It is the most decorative colourway and the one that reads as gilded rather than printed.Pendula is a straight match with a 64cm pattern repeat, so the pattern lines up level strip to strip. It is printed on a non-woven substrate: you paste the wall rather than the paper, which makes it quicker to hang and strippable when you remove it. Also available in Plaster, Charcoal and Aqua.
