Note: This class includes a short pre-pendulum meditation designed to help you slow down, calm the nervous system, settle your thoughts, and come into a more grounded, neutral, and centered place before working with the pendulum. Taking a few minutes to pause in this way can make it easier to approach questions with a clearer mind and fewer distractions. A closing meditation is also included to help you gently reset after pendulum work and return to your day feeling balanced and present.
