Add another thwart attachment point with the NRS Pennel Orca Fixed Batten System. Sold individually, but you'll need two per thwart. Add this Batten System to any NRS Otter or Expe dition raft. Can also be added to any other synthetic-rubber coated boat. Use the combination of Clifton Hypalon Adhesive and Clifton Hypalon Accelerator to glue these on.
