Coffee Story Grown in the highlands of Huehuetenango, Guatemala, this coffee comes from one of the country’s most celebrated regions. High elevations, cool temperatures, and long growing seasons create coffees that are clean, sweet, and beautifully balanced. This coffee is sourced through Onyx Green Coffee, a family-led importer dedicated to building long-term, equitable relationships with smallholder producers in Guatemala. In 1957, Felipe Martinez planted coffee in the rugged mountains of Huehuetenango.
