The Piment Padrón is a traditional Spanish variety known for its robust growth and high productivity throughout the season. Each plant yields approximately 20 conical fruits measur ing 5 to 10 cm at maturity. When harvested immature and green, the fruits have a mild heat level (2/10 on the Scoville scale), becoming spicier (up to 5/10) as they mature and turn red.
