How to Brew Arctic Fire Peppermint Black Tea Use water just off the boil, around 95°C to 100°C, and add one heaped teaspoon per cup. Steep for 3 to 4 minutes for a lighter, mint-forward cup, or up to 5 minutes for more depth from the black tea. This blend is best enjoyed without milk, which would mute the peppermint and papaya notes. For iced tea, brew double strength for 4 to 5 minutes, then pour directly over plenty of ice.
