HOT BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring filtered or freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Use 1 tsp (2g to 5g) of loose tea for each 1 cup (237ml) of water. Pour the boiling water over the tea leaves into the cup or teapot. Cover and let steep for 4-5 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea). Covering your tea will keep all of those beneficial oils in your tea! Hot tea or iced tea.
