Precautions/contraindicationsPeppermint can be sensitising to some, so should be used in low percentages. Recipes & applications Breath of Fresh Air Essential Oil Blend Vaporise 3 drops of Lavender oil and 2 drops of Peppermint oil to help settle a headache. To clear a stuffy head, add a 3 drops of Peppermint oil and 3 drops of Eucalyptus oil to a vaporiser or bowl of warm water and breathe deeply.
