Return, Refill, Reuse Existing customers only - please ensure you already have your peptide serum bottle to be returned! Thoroughly wash and dry your empty peptide serum bottle using warm soapy water Pack your empties up ready to be posted - we recommend saving your original packaging. If you haven't got your original packaging please wrap them carefully. After checking out you will receive an email with a free post label Print and attach the label to the parcel and drop to your local Post Office - if you don't have a printer, you can handwrite the address on instead Once we have received your empties back we will sterilise the bottle using dry heat and refill your bottle with a fresh batch of peptide serum Your refilled bottle will be returned to you to enjoy! We aim to turn around refills within 24 hours of receiving them *Please note, if you are ordering new products as well as refills these will be sent when your refills are returned to you.
