What's Included 1 × Matter3D Performance ABS spool in the colour you pick (1 kg) 1.75 mm filament Vacuum-sealed with desiccant; compounded and extruded in Victoria, BC Print Settings Nozzle: about 250-285°C (many jobs land near 260-280°C) Bed: about 110°C Fan: about 0-20% Speed: up to about 100 mm/s; keep detail work slower Dry before printing: about 3-4 hours below 65°C (hotter can soften spool glue) Enclosure: helpful for larger parts; small parts can often run without one Bed prep: hairspray, glue stick, or Kapton-style surface Material Performance ABS (matte, low-warp grade) 1.75 mm diameter; manufacturer tolerance about ±0.05 mm Higher impact and heat hold than PLA or PETG for functional housings Low odor / low VOC relative to older ABS; still use ventilation Not annealable (Matter3D notes lower crystallinity on this grade) Made in Canada Good To Know ABS is moisture sensitive.
