The Performing Rigs Pilot Kit is a Performing Rigs controller that allows you to get 360 degree views and exposures divided equally for repeated product set-ups all in a simplified contoller for the Performing Rigs Pour, Spin, or Twirl products. Pilot accepts low voltage relay trigger signals from many motion control systems. Pilot receives the signal, then runs the program you create. Pilot provides a convenient separate method of control, outside the robot system, allowing our Rigs to be coordinated without disturbing the motion control system operator. Each can work independently and increase efficiency. Depending on which motion control system you use, you may or may not be able to output step & direction signals to our Motorized Rigs. Pilot is that solution. Two Modes of Operation Manual Mode Operate any Motorized Rig at speeds from 1-99 Alternate direction of rotation to suit your need Push-button Stop function Auto Mode A-to-B point programming for up to 4 Rigs Speed, Ramping, Delay, and Loop controls Can receive remote signal to trigger moves Features 4 channels of 4-pin differential step & direction signals output through RJ45 ethernet jacks Run any Motorized Rig at a constant speed in Manual Mode Manual control mode offers variable speed & acceleration A to B programmed moves in Auto Mode Automated control mode offers two-point programming for up to 4 Motorized Rigs, with individual control over speed, ramping, delay, and loop TRS signal input jack for triggering remotely from motion control systems LED indicator light on receiver changes color when operating a move Handheld controller has long-life rechargeable battery Shock-absorbing elements on both Remote and Pilot
