Preparation Suggestion For 1kg chicken, create a marinade using: 4 tbsp Sanam Peri Peri Spice Mix 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice ½ tbsp fresh ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp mustard paste 1 tbsp chilli & garlic sauce 3 tbsp olive oil Wash and cut the chicken. Marinate thoroughly and leave for 3-24 hours in the fridge.
