Peri Peri Drywors 250g A dried beef sausage with a kick of chilli. We use top quality grass-fed British or Irish beef to make our drywors. The spices are imported from South Africa , mixed with the meat and diluted vinegar and stuffed into natural sheep casings before going into the dryer. Our Peri-Peri is imported from South Africa, so it's hot. Our drywors is not too lean with just the correct amount of fat to give it that proper flavour and texture.
