Sweet, refined and incredibly easy to come back to. Perijá Turrón is one of those coffees that feels comforting while still offering plenty to discover. A washed process brings exceptional clarity, allowing the fruit, sweetness and delicate tea-like finish to sit perfectly in balance. Juicy grape juice leads the cup before bright tangerine lifts the sweetness. Creamy nougat adds body, while white tea leaves a clean, elegant finish that keeps you reaching for another sip. Produced in Colombia's Perijá region from Colombia and Castillo varieties, this coffee demonstrates how careful processing and great growing conditions can create remarkable clarity without sacrificing sweetness. A brilliant everyday filter coffee and an equally rewarding espresso for anyone who enjoys bright, balanced cups.
