PERMANENT JEWELRY WARRANTY POLICY All permanent jewelry sales are FINAL.All permanent jewelry comes with a 30 day limited warranty. During your appointment, we ensure that there are no issues with the chain and that your piece is properly welded together but breakage may occur. If your chain gets caught or if pressure is applied to it, the chain could stretch or break.If the jump ring breaks at the weld point, we will replace it free of charge.If the integrity of the chain has been compromised or stretched due to getting caught or pulled, the welding will be complimentary, however a replacement chain can be purchased at a discounted price.If your chain becomes lost within the first 30 days, we offer a free one time replacement.After the 30 day limited warranty, a replacement chain can be purchased at full price. If your chain does falls off, please reach out to customer service at [email protected]. We will examine the chain before re-welding it to ensure there are no issues with the integrity of the chain.
