Known commonly as 'Prickly Heath', Pernettya mucronata is a dense bushy shrub that is renowned for its colourful winter berries and attractive evergreen foliage. It develops panicl es of small white flowers from late Spring into Summer before being accompanied by an abundance of small, round berries with a distinct snowy white or bright pink colour.
