Pernod Absinthe is a renowned spirit produced by Pernod Ricard, a leading name in the world of spirits. This absinthe is crafted using a traditional distillation process that invol ves a careful selection of botanicals, including grand wormwood, anise, and fennel, which are macerated and distilled to create its distinctive flavor. With an ABV of 68%, Pernod Absinthe offers a complex flavor profile characterized by herbal notes, a hint of bitterness from the wormwood, and a smooth, licorice-like finish from the anise. Originating from France, this spirit is often enjoyed in the traditional manner by diluting with water and sugar, which transforms its appearance from a clear green to a milky opalescent hue.
