In 2012, Edy and David launched Per Se, his own small-scale parcelaire project in Gualtallary, Uco Valley, known as the most prestigious appellation in south America, a real gem acclaimed for its exceptional terroir with cool climate and complex soils. Their vineyard, planted at 1,500 meters in the lands of the Monasterio de Gualtallary, produces distinct wines from specific parcels, each with unique soil types.
