The carefully selected supplements are aimed at enhancing the gift recipient’s overall experience. Each Silver, Gold or Black Card includes a dining experience designed to be enjoyed by two guests. The Silver Card Experience begins with a glass of Champagne upon arrival, followed by a nine-course Chef’s Tasting Menu or Tasting of Vegetables. Both menus feature a progression of dishes using distinctive ingredients from each restaurant’s choice purveyors. The Gold Card Experience offers guests a selection of canapés in addition to a glass of Champagne upon arrival and the assistance of the Sommelier team in tailoring wine accompaniments for their meal. The Black Card Experience is a gastronomic feast that commences with Champagne and an extensive selection of canapés illustrating the kitchen’s range and inspirations for the day. Guests then proceed with the nine-course menu with exclusive wines customized by the Sommelier team, as well as a special gift from the restaurant upon departure.
