Personal Essential is a monthly managed support package for one primary personal computer and one smartphone. It is designed for home users who want practical technology help, protection, monitoring, backup, and a dedicated support relationship without waiting for something to break. This package helps keep your everyday technology protected, monitored, backed up, and easier to support when you need help. What's included Managed support for one primary personal computer Smartphone support Security protection Managed backup for up to 500 GB of protected data Device monitoring Basic health checks Plain-language guidance for everyday technology questions Dedicated support relationship Labour note Hands-on labour, troubleshooting, repairs, setup work, and remote or onsite service are billed separately at current ITHive Solutions rates unless otherwise agreed in advance. Optional prepaid support credit is available separately. A $49 prepaid support credit provides up to $75 of ITHive Solutions labour value. It can be applied toward eligible hands-on support when you need help and may reduce the cost of remote or onsite service. Prepaid support credit is optional and is not included in the monthly package price. Hardware, software, subscriptions, travel, shipping, and third-party costs are separate unless otherwise agreed. Best for Home users who want predictable monthly protection, monitoring, backup, and support access for their main computer and smartphone. Important Personal Essential requires onboarding approval by ITHive Solutions. Some devices, software, backup needs, or unusual support requirements may require a different package or additional service. Backup needs are reviewed during onboarding. If more than 500 GB of protected data is required, additional backup storage can be added and may increase the monthly cost. This is a monthly service package, not a one-time repair.
