Personalisation Service - Have your name on our bag Generally please allow up to 10 business days extra from order for this service (we use an external supplier and appreciate your patience especially during busy times). **Note - personalisation is placed on the TOP panel of all lunch and cooler bags. Your child will be able to find their lunch bag super fast with their name clearly splashed across the front. We embroider your child's name across the bottom front panel and this doesn’t affect the cooling power or functionality of your bag at all! Choose from 2 popular fonts (curly or straight) to choose from and pick the colour to be used. Get your child’s full name, first name or nickname across a maximum 10cm space. Important to note: Products must be purchased in the same order as the personalisation service so we can action this asap. We can embroider your name on the front of our bags as per photos. Our embroiderer can ONLY do letters in the English language and cannot reproduce accents/other language symbols. Any special areas of focus please include comments in our special instructions area and if we can't deliver this we'll let you know. Our personalisation service is not covered under our 12 month warranty in the case of any manufacturing faults. FYI - We CAN once again screenprint names on our medical bags (no embroidery).
