Please note, any purchases of personalisation added to your order will add a 2-5 working day time frame on top of your usual order (added into your current purchase, i.E ‘express delivery 1-3 days’, this will then become a 3-8 day turn around time).Once we have posted your order back to you and the tracking number has been provided we cannot be held responsible for anything that happens to the boots, once we have shipped the item and provided your tracking information. We also warn, that the personalisation isn’t 100% permanent and can wear away / become worn out and peel off after plenty of use, however the lettering is durable and prepared and sealed to give them the most durable and greatest longevity possible. We use the highest quality vinyl and at Recreate Customs we work to a very high standard.
