The base can be powered from 3x AA batteries or from a 5V USB power source- USB to USB micro lead included. Please note that if you supply us with a long name we may reduce the font size or break it over 2 lines of text and we can not engrave emojis. Please double check the spelling, punctuation and use of capital letters as this is what we will be using exactly for the personalisation. The majority of our products are case sensitive however there are some designs where we have kept the text in all capital letters as a default. If you supply us with a long name we may reduce the text size so that it fits onto the item.
