The engraving is displayed on the one side of the board while the second side can be used as usual cutting board. How to make an order: 1. Select wood type: Choose wood type from the drop down menu. All cutting boards are 3/4 inches thick. 2. Personalisation: Provide the details you want to have engraved on your board. Please, note that we just copy and paste the information you provide. That’s why be attentive with spelling, dates and details. It is VERY IMPORTANT to double check names/dates that you submit to us. We do not accept returns, as it is a customized product, unless the error was made on our end. Additional info: -------Board Colour Variations--------- We produce our boards from natural wood and no other material is ever used in the process. The color might be a bit different from what you see in the picture due to origin of the wood. ------Engraving colour Options-------- Engraving is a burning process by high density laser beam that doesn't provide coloration and engraving colour depends on each piece of wood and how it reacts to laser beam. -----------------Technology--------------- Each and every board is made from a high grade natural wood. All boards are carefully checked prior to the engraving. Personalization is achieved by using the state of the art laser engraver.
