For soft copy digitisation: Upload the artwork in PNG/ JPEG/ PDF (1 pc of artwork only) Minimum 2MB file size Here is the guideline on how to properly photograph the artwork below. Disclaimer (Please Read): Our creative team will do their best in digitising the artwork, however kindly take note that in the event of soft copy artwork uploaded do not meet the minimum file size requirement, we will not be able to digitise the artwork. Hence, no refunds will be made. All artwork must be captured in a brightly lit environment and following the guidelines above. Soft copy submissions that do not meet the guidelines above will require photo retakes from your end. This will lead to longer processing time.
