Personality Types and Teaching Effectiveness is a graduate-level course that explores the relationship between personality theory and effective teaching practice across diverse edu cational settings. Students examine major models of personality, including trait-based, cognitive, and type-based frameworks, and critically evaluate their applications to teaching, learning, leadership, communication, and classroom management. Emphasis is placed on understanding how educators' personality preferences influence instructional design, decision-making, assessment practices, and relationships with students, colleagues, and families. Through the analysis of current research, self-assessment, case studies, and reflective practice, students develop strategies for leveraging their strengths while adapting their instructional approaches to meet the diverse needs of learners with varying personalities, motivations, and learning preferences. The course also considers the ethical use of personality assessments, cultural influences on personality, and the limitations of personality typologies in educational contexts.
