The letter B opened up around a family name, hung above the front door where people see it on the way in. The circle splits around a large B with your family name running through t he middle. Three sizes across: 18, 22 and 24 inches. Pick the powder-coat colour when you order and tell us the name to cut in. Every piece is cut from 12-gauge steel, which is 3mm thick. Most online sign shops use 14 or 16-gauge, roughly half the thickness. Ours gets powder-coated after cutting, and that finish is rated around 20 years in direct sun before it needs redoing.
