Our team then sizes that name to suit both the sign and the length of the name, and centres it vertically and horizontally, so the finished letters can sit at a slightly different aspect ratio than the preview shows. Same font, just fitted properly.Every piece is cut from 12-gauge steel, which is 3mm thick. Most online sign shops use 14 or 16-gauge, roughly half the thickness.
