We centre it in the split both ways and tidy the spacing in CAD before cutting, so the finished piece sits better than the on-screen preview shows. Every piece is cut from 12-gauge steel, which is 3mm thick. Most online sign shops use 14 or 16-gauge, roughly half the thickness. Ours gets powder-coated after cutting, and that finish is rated around 20 years in direct sun before it needs redoing. A design proof comes back within 3 days, and our team reworks it until you are happy with it. Once you approve it, figure 3 to 4 weeks to your door: about two weeks in production, a week longer if we are in the busy season, then about a week for shipping depending on where you live.
