Each item is made by hand and as such each letter is carved by hand. The spacing of each letter and fit of the puzzle pieces will vary slightly depending on the name and the manufacturing process. Each item is hand finished and may have slight imperfections. As this item is made to order, please allow 6 weeks plus time for shipping from Toronto, Canada. We will let you know once it ships.
