WHERE IT SITS IN THE 112 FAMILY Like the 112FP, the FPC has no seam down the front. Unlike it, the crown is taller and pinched at the front — the Hi Pro Champ shape. If you want the seamless front and more height above the patch, this is the one. The seam question itself is mostly taste. We would put it at 75% personal preference, 25% design — the design part being that a seam can affect how a patch sits, depending on the artwork, the colors and the material.
