Built for Control. Designed for Protection. The PERST-4 Diffuser Cover provides both lens protection and controlled beam diffusion for PERST-4 laser units. Designed to shield the exposed laser glass while softening the output of powerful visible and IR lasers, it helps reduce laser bloom and create a more flood-like illumination pattern. By diffusing the laser output, the PERST-4 Diffuser Cover spreads energy over a wider area, making the beam less intense and more usable at close to mid-range distances. This can improve situational awareness and reduce excessive splashback when operating in confined or reflective environments. Manufactured from durable polymer, the PERST-4 Diffuser Cover maintains a low-profile footprint while delivering dependable protection and consistent diffusion performance in demanding conditions. Key Features: Integrated Diffusion LayerSoftens visible and IR laser output to reduce bloom and produce a wider, more flood-like pattern. Protective Lens ShieldAdds a sacrificial barrier to help protect the PERST-4 laser glass from impacts and debris. Low-Profile DesignMaintains the original footprint of the laser unit without interfering with mounting or operation. Secure FitmentDesigned specifically for PERST-4 units to ensure consistent retention during use. Lightweight ConstructionAdds minimal weight while enhancing overall durability. Notes / Disclaimer:Laser diffusion characteristics may vary based on environment, distance, and laser settings. This product is designed to reduce bloom and protect the lens but does not eliminate all laser splash or guarantee protection from all impacts. Cosmetic wear or damage may occur during normal use.
