The 2021 Pertaringa Two Gentlemen's GSM is a blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvedre, grown on select vineyards throughout McLaren Value. Here three varietals combine seamlessly with the Grenache offering fragrant raspberry and cherry notes on the nose. The Shiraz delivers weight and dark plum flavours, while the Mourvedre adds nice perfume and spicy notes. The result is a juicy, medium-bodied example of this GSM blend that offers loads of appeal in the short to medium-term.
