This is a fruit-forward profile, led by crisp green apple and juicy peach sweetness. Layers of kiwi and raspberry bring a lively, slightly tart complexity, while a clean grapefruit finish adds a refreshing citrus edge that carries through the cup. As it cools, the fruit notes become more defined, giving a bright, balanced coffee with a refined structure and a clean finish making it perfect to be enjoyed as a pour over.
