Llave de Oro is the first of four Peru lots at Bell’s beans this year. This being a great example of a slightly higher production volume, compared to the others, but still keeping great quality. Being a washed coffee, although going though some unique processing to the region, you get a clean cup flavour with notes of orange citrus, caramel and milk chocolate, a great “coffee coffee” working across all brew methods. This coffee has a green coffee score of 83.5 I have secured 2 sacks of Llave de Oro so it should be around for a little while, but not too long. Show more
