Perun MOSFET is the smallest MOSFET device on the market. Specialized, ultra-low resistance transistor used in Perun channels power from the battery directly to motor, while the me chanical contacts only have to handle small currents to turn MOSFET on and off. That greatly extends their service life and lowers overall resistance resulting in a more dependable replica with higher rate of fire. The Perun Mosfet Unit is an ultra compact MOSFET built to be as compact as possible, requiring the smallest amount space possible. This MOSFET is designed to achieve a higher rate of fire and trigger response, as well as protects the mechanical trigger contacts by directly bypassing the contacts and going straight to the motor.
