Return Tips NOTED: We recommend you keep the inserted SD Card as we'll send you the replacement unit without the SD card. Please kindly check and save your important files, when you receive the replacement unit, please insert the SD card after you've successfully paired EBO with your phone. In this way, you should be able to check and manage all the previous files via ROLA APP. If you send back the EBO with an SD card inserted, we'll send you the replacement unit with an SD card as well (no files). We'll format the SD card and clean up all the data if you return it to us.
