Each piece captures a single moment — a quiet stage of their story — and transforms it into a one-of-a-kind artwork. Every artwork is carefully hand-stitched to reflect your pet’s personality and their own little world. Artwork Details Size: approximately 200 mm × 150 mm for 1 pet artwork. It gets bigger for 2, 3 pets Artwork type: Fully custom, made to order Stitching time: approximately 4 weeks Total delivery time: approximately 3–4 months Origin: Handmade and shipped from Japan Frame: Handmade wooden frame (size may vary slightly) How It Works (After Placing Your Order) 1. Sharing Photos & Story After your order is placed, I’ll contact you by email. Please send me clear photos of your pet, along with any stories or details you’d like me to include in the piece. 2. Draft Review & Approval 〈No Payment Yet〉 Based on your photos and story, I’ll create a draft and share it with you.This step ensures the artwork truly reflects your vision and your pet’s story. ✨ No payment is required at this stage. Payment will only be requested after you approve the draft.You may review the draft, request small adjustments, or cancel freely before approving it. 3. Production & Delivery Once the draft is approved, I’ll begin stitching your piece. Each artwork is meticulously handmade, and production takes approximately 3-4months. Once completed, your artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped to you. Shipping & Important Notes All artworks are fully custom and made to order. Due to the bespoke nature of this work, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted once production has begun. All artworks are shipped using an insured delivery service.In the rare event that a shipment is lost and confirmed by the carrier, the full purchase amount will be refunded. Each wooden frame is handmade to fit the artwork, so the final size may vary slightly.
