Create gum paste flowers using the specially designed JEM Petal Pad. Ideal for shaping petals and foliage with softer natural looking curves and veining details. The pad can be use d in conjunction with a variety of decorative mediums including: flower paste (gum paste), sugar paste (rolled fondant), almond paste and modelling chocolate.
