Deep inky red in colour. The bouquet is redolent of black olive, wild forest fruits with soft vanillin background notes. It is a beautifully structured wine. The classic soft chalk y tannins, characteristic of this great Spanish variety, are well supported by the depth of complex funky fruits on the middle palate.
