My adaptation of the original Peter Pan is faithful to the basic plot lines. My Wendy is a stronger and more rebellious girl than the character in the original play. The relationsh ip between her and Peter Pan is dramatic and thematic. In a way they act as foils for each other: Wendy embodies the acceptance of growth and maturity and Peter rejects it outright.
