For the exhibition Studio Berlin, which was organized by the Boros Collection at the Berghain, Welz created a large-scale work on canvas titled Fuck Your Loneliness. It shows the photo of an inscription on an empty shop window that he took in Berlin in the spring of 2020. For CRONE Editions, Welz produced a smaller version of the work that comes in an edition of 5 + 2 AP. He used the same technique as his work on view at Studio Berlin in the Berghain: a UV print of the photo on canvas. Als ausgebildeter Bildhauer untersucht Peter Welz das dynamische Spannungsverhältnis von Figur, Raum und Bewegung. Für die große Überblicksausstellung „Studio Berlin“, die der Club Berghain und die Boros Collection gemeinsam organisiert haben, hat Welz eine Arbeit mit dem Titel „Fuck Your Loneliness“ geschaffen. Er verwendet dafür ein Foto, das er im Frühjahr 2020 von einem Graffiti Tag auf dem Schaufenster eines leeren Elektromarkts in Berlin aufgenommen hat. Für CRONE Edition hat Welz nun eine kleinere Variante dieser Arbeit produziert. Sie erscheint in einer Auflage von 5 Exemplaren plus 2 AP und entspricht technisch exakt der Arbeit in der Studio-Berlin-Ausstellung im Berghain: Mittels UV-Druck wird das Foto auf eine schwarz grundierte Leinwand aufgebracht.
