The Breeze Bag is worked from the bottom up. The flat base is shaped as a growing circle in the round using double-pointed needles. The sides are then worked in a lace pattern in t he round on circular needles. At the top, the bag is divided into two sections, which are finished separately. Stitches are then picked up along the edges and a double knitted edge is worked - this continues seamlessly into the bag’s straps. The straps and edges are formed as one continuous piece, and a length of herringbone tape is inserted through the hollow center for added strength and durability. Show more
