This wine is made exclusively from 100% Sangiovese di Romagna, wh ich truly reflects the region's winemaking excellence.The vineyards, planted in 1968 at 150 meters above sea level, have sandy clay soil with a gravel texture. After a 12-day maceration and malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks, the wine ages in Allier barriques for six months, resulting in its ruby red color.The wine offers an inviting bouquet of intense red berry fruit, dark cherry, and a touch of black pepper.
