While no electric vehicle can be made completely waterproof, we take every reasonable step to help reduce the risk of water ingress and improve protection against wet riding conditions. What’s Included Full inspection for potential water entry points Application of premium all-weather silicone sealant to vulnerable areas Sealing of cable entry points and wiring grommets where applicable Protection of controller and battery compartment seams Sealing around deck joints, covers, and access panels Inspection and replacement of damaged seals where possible Final inspection to ensure all treated areas are correctly sealed Important Disclaimer Our waterproofing service is designed to improve your PEV’s resistance to water, but we cannot guarantee that your vehicle will be waterproof or protected against all water damage. Riding in heavy rain, through deep puddles, flooding, pressure washing, or prolonged exposure to water can still allow moisture to enter electrical components and may cause damage. This service reduces the risk of water ingress but does not make your PEV waterproof. Customers remain responsible for avoiding conditions that may expose their vehicle to excessive water. Workshop charging and acceptance A £15 diagnostic charge covers the initial inspection and fault diagnosis. Once the issue is understood, we will confirm the recommended work before proceeding. Approved work is charged at the applicable service labour rate plus any parts and materials. Submitting or purchasing a service does not guarantee that equipment will be accepted.
