EQ-PF-1S is an air-tight automatic solid powder feeder that includes a motor-driven agitator and stainless steel hopper with a built-in vibrator. It is designed for feeding solid powder into a furnace for continuous firing/heat treating with air-tight. The material is conditioned to a uniform bulk density, evenly filling the flights of the feed screw, eliminating rat-holing and bridging which can cause clogging and buildup of materials. Note: Upgraded feature - timing control for the external vibration device is added in June 2016. Features Stainless steel hopper with the vibrator.
