The mount is made from aluminum and plastic, which makes it incredibly strong and virtually indestructible. 1/4 threaded head ball is included in the kit, which is compatible with Insta 360 & OSMO Pocket.IMPORTANT First-time use：make sure to first press and hold to fix the mount in place.
