Phaetus Dragonfly BMO is an all-metal, V6-interface hotend for 1.75 mm filament. It uses a copper-alloy thermal core, a conical bi-metal heatbreak, and a plated copper V6-style nozzle to make high-temperature materials practical without giving up clean filament control. Why this over a basic V6 hotend Higher-temperature material range: the Dragonfly BMO is specified for operation up to 500°C when paired with the correct heater cartridge and sensor. Better heat control: the conical heatbreak/heatsink interface improves thermal isolation and helps reduce heat creep compared with conventional hotends. V6-style fit: BMO is the V6-interface Dragonfly model, intended for printers and toolheads built around a V6 hotend mount. Filament path quality: the internal bore is specified at ≤ Ra0.3 roughness for steadier filament flow.
