Why PHANTOM Waxless Glide? PHANTOM GLIDE is a permanent, high-performance base treatment for your skis and snowboards that improves glide performance across various snow conditions . What is PHANTOM GLIDE Base Treatment? PHANTOM GLIDE is a permanent, high-performance base treatment for your skis and snowboards that increases hydrophobicity and improves glide performance across various snow conditions. PHANTOM GLIDE is not wax. PHANTOM GLIDE differs from traditional wax because wax is not permanent. Wax is a temporary glide solution that functions only by coating the top layer of your base. After a few runs, traditional wax wears off and glide performance diminishes. PHANTOM Glide improves your raw base performance. Do I still need to wax on top of PHANTOM GLIDE? Waxing always helps the performance of your base. PHANTOM GLIDE really shines when wax wears off, especially when you are taking off your touring skins. Every time you pull your skins off your base, it will take off a thin layer of wax. PHANTOM GLIDE will increase your base performance when you are going from cold to warm days on the hill. If you want to go as fast as possible, PHANTOM GLIDE will assist you. Show more
