The only difference is they are in a pearl form. The cover has also been upgraded to TX-25. Through extensive testing, it was obvious the pearl cover needed to be stronger than the solid in order to maximize performance. The Velocity Core perfectly blends an early revving motion with an assertive, yet controllable backend.
